In case of a defect product and to deliver worry free products, Flyin Group offers a limited warranty for different products. All Flyin Group’s passive components such as WDM series, Mechanical Optic Switch series, Optical Splitter series, Patch Cable series enjoy a three-years warranty. All Flyin Group’s active components such as Optical Transceivers, Media Converters enjoy a one-year warranty.

1. What does this warranty cover?

It covers any defects in material.

It covers any defects in workmanship under normal use.

If a defect in materials or workmanship appears in Flyin Group’s products, Flyin Group will provide, at your choice, either free repair of the product, free replacement of the same model number components or a complete refund of the original purchase price.

2. What will Flyin do to correct our problems?

Flyin Group will repair the product at no cost if the product is still under warranty.

Flyin Group will repair any broken parts of the product using new or replacement parts.

Flyin Group will exchange the defect product with a new one for free.

Flyin Group will offer a complete refund of the original purchase price.

3. How long does this warranty cover?

3 years—For all passive components.

1 year—For all active components.

4. What do you need to do?

To obtain warranty services, you must first contact Flyin to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

The product must be in its original packaging or the customer can send it in any package.

A Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) is required. You can download in our website or contact Flyin Group sales for a RMA template.

Any documents or accessories that shipped with the product must be included in the package.
